This long term care insurance policy is designed to help you plan for your future financial needs and to help protect against the high cost of long term care. If you are unable to care for yourself, this policy will help cover the cost of long term care services provided to you in a nursing home, in an adult day care center, in an assisted living facility or in your own home.

This policy is available to eligible members, spouse, parents, parents-in-law, stepparents, stepparents-in-law, grandparents, children and stepchildren between the ages of [18-84]. Eligible applicants, including family members will also qualify for a premium discount.
