For those members who do not wish to belong to a geographical chapter or who do not live in an area with a geographical chapter, CSPE has created the Virtual Chapter.  The Virtual Chapter enables any member to communicate electronically with their peers.  CSPE's Virtual Chapter has no chapter officers: the programmatic functions are handled by the CSPE Functional Vice Presidents.

Virtual Chapter members are also encouraged to join CSPE's Legislative Alert Program, which allows members the opportunity to participate in creating the CSPE Legislative Agenda.
