·        E-mail addresses are used only by CSPE staff to distribute information related to CSPE to members. E-mail lists are not sold or distributed to any entity.

·        If at any time a member wants any personal information to be removed from the CSPE's web site, the member should send CSPE a written request and the information will be removed.

·        All information provided to CSPE regarding the CSPE membership is true and correct to the best of CSPE’s knowledge and belief and is updated on a periodic basis.

·        While CSPE will do its best to include links on the CSPE website that are in keeping with professional standards, CSPE cannot be responsible for the privacy practices or content of links contained on the CSPE web site.

·        CSPE  retains the right to review all content prior to publication on the CSPE web sites.

·        It is CSPE’s general policy to only release a member’s professional information to a private individual or public or private entity following the receipt of written consent from the individual member authorizing CSPE to disclose such professional information.  However, CSPE may be required to release such information as required by law.
