It is the policy of the California Society of Professional Engineers to not license or endorse the products and professional services provided by any individual member, non-member, or business.

CSPE is not in the business of rendering engineering opinions. The Society does not endorse individuals, and members cannot utilize the CSPE name or logo in their work. Members in good standing can acknowledge their membership in the Society.

Any specific mention of CSPE by its members, suppliers or approved vendors shall be considered paid or complementary advertising for the member, supplier or vendor.

CSPE members in good standing are entitled to be listed in CSPE’s professional service directory upon request. This directory, which can take the form of verbal, written, or electronic communication, is intended for informational purposes only. All members requesting to be listed shall agree to indemnify and hold CSPE harmless for any liability caused by their products or professional services.

CSPE may only release a member’s professional information to a private individual or public or private entity following the receipt of written consent from the individual member authorizing CSPE to disclose such professional information.
