You must be enrolled full-time in an ABET-accredited engineering program or an engineering or pre-engineering program that has an articulated or transfer agreement with ABET or an accredited program.

Graduated Dues- New Graduates Only

1st Year- $52

2nd Year- $104

3rd Year- $156

4th Year- $208

5th Year- $260

Member - Introductory Rate $220

You are an EI/EIT, or a graduate of an engineering program accredited by the Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) or international equivalent.

Licensed Member - Introductory Rate $220

You hold a valid license as a Professional Engineer in the the U.S. or Canada (or international equivalent).

CSPE Reduced Dues Member Status Change Requirements

Life:  No State or Chapter Dues.

        VOLUNTARY $25 National Service Fee for Publications

   REQUIREMENTS:

         Joined in 1969 or Prior – (paid 40 full years of membership)

   OR

         Working no more than 20 hrs/week AND

         Born 1944 or prior (at least 65 years of age) AND

         Joined 1979 or prior (paid 30 full years of membership dues)

Retired: Half dues for National, State and Chapter.

    REQUIREMENTS                                 

         Working no more than 20 hrs./week AND

          Born 1944 or prior (at least 65 years of age) AND

          Joined 1999 or prior  (Paid dues for 10 consecutive years).

Disabled:  Dues for National, State and Chapter waived

     REQUIREMENTS

          Permanently Disabled AND

          Joined 1999 or prior (10+ years of paid membership)

Unemployed:  Dues for National, State and Chapter waived for one year only.

      REQUIREMENTS

           Joined 2006 or prior AND

           Currently unemployed for 3 months or more
