How do you help me?
We offer support through live Zoom-sessions or regular phone calls, tailored to your preference. However, we recommend Zoom-sessions as they allow us to view your screen on your phone or computer and provide step-by-step guidance. Setting this up is quick and easy, simply download Zoom Workplace on your device. You can find the Zoom app on the App Store, Google Play, or download it directly to your computer or MacBook at Zoom.us/download.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do it at least 24 hours before the meeting. If you wish to change the date or timing, use the reschedule link in the Calendly email you have received. You can make changes up to six hours before the session starts. Please note that if you are unable to join the Zoom call within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will have to be concluded.
Missed Sessions
If you miss a scheduled session but still require our assistance, you can rebook anytime if you have remaining sessions for the current month. If no sessions are available, we offer a discounted session at a rate that minimally covers our costs.
Unused time
Our consultations are billed in pre-allocated time blocks. If your session concludes earlier than the reserved time, refunds for unused time or additional sessions within the same month are not offered. This policy reflects the commitment of our experts, who dedicate the entire time block exclusively to your needs, often setting aside other tasks or opportunities to ensure you receive their undivided attention.
