Clients pay you directly through your connected Stripe account.
How much am I paid?
You are free to set your own hourly rate. However, we recommend keeping it between $40 and $299 USD per hour, depending on your skill set and demand. Please note that setting a higher rate may reduce your booking volume, clients often compare available experts and may choose more competitively priced options.

We do not allow an hourly rate below 40 USD on the CSPE.com platform.

- Two monitors to help with multitasking
- Stable computer with Windows or macOS
- Good webcam

Office requirement
- A private room with minimal disturbance
- Good lighting
- Presentable Business Casual Attire
All meetings must be conducted in private rooms to ensure client confidentiality and foster trust.
How are you paid?
We charge a fee on all sessions, which includes:
- A professional @cspe.com email via Microsoft Exchange
- Calendly Teams license
- Zoom Workplace Pro license
- Marketing, expert listing, and exposure
- Ongoing support assistance and community access
Unlike typical contract platforms, we provide real tools, training (101s), and active marketing support, not just a listing.
You may cancel your profile at any time, but you will lose access to these services.
Fee Structure
All new experts start with a 30% fee on all transactions. If you complete at least 20 sessions in a month, your fee drops to 25% the following month. If you complete 60 or more sessions per month and maintain an average rating of 4.5 or higher, your profile will be labeled as a “CSPE Pro” and your fee reduced to 20%.
We review performance monthly and apply any fee changes at the start of the next month.
