How am I paid?
Clients pay you directly through your connected Stripe or PayPal account. They first book a session via your Calendly page, where your payment system is integrated. You retain 100% of the payments received, excluding any disputes or refund deductions.
How much am I paid?
You are free to set your own hourly rate. However, we recommend keeping it between $40 and $95 USD per hour, depending on your skill set and demand. Please note that setting a higher rate may reduce your booking volume, clients often compare available experts and may choose more competitively priced options.
Minimum hourly rate
We do not allow an hourly rate below 40 USD on the CSPE.com platform.

You need the following software that we will help you set up:

How are you paid?
We will charge you a setup fee of 249 USD then a monthly fee set at 199 USD which includes:
- Email via Microsoft Exchange (@cspe.com)
- Calendly license
- Zoom Workplace license
- Marketing & listing fee
- Customer support assistance via email & forms
You may cancel your profile & subscription at any time, but you will then lose access to the services listed above.
Hardware requirements
- Two monitors to help with multitasking
- Stable computer with Windows or macOS
- Good webcam
- Protected WiFi or VPN setup
Office requirement
- A private room with minimal disturbance
- Good lighting
All meetings must be conducted in private rooms to ensure client confidentiality and foster trust.
